Owner of the rental gullet boat, YG Construction, Planning & Project Co. has constructed living spaces of more than hundred thousands square meters within 30 years from its entering in the business through housing and villa construction.

YG, while laying the foundation for the philosophy of the "out of common architecture" by building robust, stable, original and modern sites, has obtained a respective reputation among the leading housing companies in Turkey in a short period with its understanding of service and quality and has determined its fundamental philosophy as to set up and offer forms of living.

In 2004, YG undertook the project to build villas in Gocek, associated with a long term British resident and investor. The villas are built to the highest standards and the issues of title and related matters were supervised by Turkish and British Law Offices. The total value of the project was 8 million US Dollars.

Nowadays, as the following completion YG built 20 villas in three types. Most of villas are for sale and some left to be rented.

Rental villas are located in the enchanted hillside area and some types overlooks the beautiful bay of Gocek. All common areas are stylishly designed with swimming pools and a refined environment among citrus, pine and berry trees. Villas have their own garden and private pool and are superbly furnished throughout. They will be the ideal base for your holiday surrounded by sea and mountains and are approximately 20 minutes walk to the seafront.



Our rental gulet guests take advantage to profit from our rental villas with very special discounts. Transfer with our vehicle between the villas and harbor is included in the fee.
